I   got  my  MBA  (Southern  Arkansas   University)   with   an emphasis    in     Business    and    Nonprofit    Management (Northpark University) to work with the underserved  who are moments away from becoming  change  agents in  the lives of  others. One   could   say, I   enjoy   helping   others obtain    the remarkable and   do   the  impossible.  As   an educator  of  15yrs.  and  business  consultant  of   10yrs., I continue    to   partner    with     others,    in   the   areas    of strategic  marketing   and business development, who  use  enterprise as a vehicle to better  serve   and   uplift   their communities. This  isn't  just a  skill  or hobby for  me;  it's  my  passion.

From the classroom to the boardroom. Check out a few of the projects I am currently working on.

Raising the BAR
An app-based space where consumers can discuss their experience regarding bias and racial insensitivity with local businesses, specifically, as a person of color.

In August, 2020, I launched a tech company that would allow businesses to receive constructive feedback from patrons regarding biases, blind-spots, and overt racist experiences. Patrons, especially people of color, could connect to the space in complete anonymity and security to bring their voices directly to those in the institution that are able to make the necessary changes to policy and culture.

I've since joined forces with other innovators, professionals, and allies to bring this web application to market later this year (2021), and we are now in Round 2 of funding.

Girls Growing Together, Inc.
Educational Programming & Moderation

An informational and social cooperative dedicated to the personal and collective growth and empowerment of non-men of color. This group resides as an online space currently and attracts members globally. We support, uplift, and educate one another in a myriad of ways.

To this group I have helped create seasonal educational offerings from small business/entrepreneurship support, Faith-based programming, and community building LIVE and in person events in multiple locations around the country.

Black Table Talk
Social broadcast for Black Womxn, by Black Women

An expression of Black beauty and sisterhood, through honest dialogue and intentional conversation. Every month, we invite Black women from various backgrounds, identities, faiths; and all things that make us so dynamic, to bring their voices to the table.

From these talks, we seek to cultivate a space for learning, healing, and growth. Our audiences can expect lots of humor, uncensored social commentary on all things us, and deeper reflections at the source of our perspectives and perceptions about our culture.
